    Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil is the original, certified Xtreme Hip Hop step cardio experience. Led by the program’s creator, each class delivers nonstop energy, hip-hop culture, and Xtreme calorie burn including Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level step routines. Stressed out? Leave it all on the step! Streaming Note: Xtreme Streaming is the official home of the original at-home Xtreme Hip Hop workouts, with live-streamed classes offered every week. Mondays and Thursdays: 7pm

    Xtreme Burn with Phil

    Xtreme Burn is a 45 minute signature cardio experience created by Phil that blends high intensity, nonstop movement, hip-hop energy, and Xtreme calorie burn. Phil utilizes movements such as high knees, kicks, punches, jumping jacks and more to raise your heartbeat to an anaerobic level that guarantees calorie burn and fat loss! Whether you join in person or online, expect the the Xtreme community vibe of intensity, motivation, and an atmosphere that pushes you to give your all. Wednesdays 7pm

    Step Up and Tone

    Step Up and Tone™ is a hybrid fitness system combining step aerobics cardio endurance with light resistance toning using 2–5 lb dumbbells. The format is designed to improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, build lean muscle tone, and increase coordination in one session.

    Sculpting 101 with Will

    Sculpting 101 is a training experience, blending 45 minutes of structured strength work with deliberate intensity. You’ll receive the same focused coaching approach designed to help you sculpt, sweat, and build disciplined consistency. Training Note: Participants may choose to increase intensity by training warm, but hydration, airflow, and personal health needs should always be respected. Mondays: 10am

    HIIT 'EM UP with FDL Train

    This class is for all level of fitness enthused people. It is a combination of cardio boxing, toning, and high energy basic fitness moves. The class is designed to give you a high intense workout, controlled endurance as well as having a lot of fun! Tuesdays: 7pm

    Elite Fitness with Will

    In this class, you’ll have fun with the basics of kettlebell training to upbeat music while building a rock-solid foundation of strength and confidence. By the end of your first session, you’ll have learned essential moves like swings, squats, and presses in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more energized, and ready to tackle your fitness journey one rep at a time. No experience needed—just bring yourself and let’s build together! Mondays 6pm

    Vibe and Sweat Cardio Line Dance

    Get ready to move, groove, and sweat! Vibe and Sweat Fitness brings the ultimate line dance workout experience to Xtreme Compound. Designed for all fitness levels, this high-energy class fuses line dancing, cardio fitness, and feel-good vibes to help you burn calories, boost confidence, and have fun while getting fit. Led by instructor Ronni, you’ll learn easy-to-follow choreography set to upbeat R&B, hip-hop, and fun tracks that keep your body moving and your spirit lifted. Friday- 7pm

    Xtreme Hip Hop with Tisha

    Tisha delivers the authentic Xtreme Hip Hop experience through intense, rhythm-driven step choreography designed to challenge the body and elevate energy. She will help introduce you to the world of step aerobics class, with Friday evenings at 6pm perfect for newbies in person and online. For those pushing those ready for more in All Levels classes Sunday 10:30am and Tuesday evenings at 6pm. Program Note: Xtreme Hip Hop is a licensed step cardio program. Mondays 12pm; Tuesday & Friday- 6pm.

    6IX Pack City with James

    This abs and core class designed to strengthen, tighten, and support your entire body—starting from the center. Learn how to properly engage your core, protect your lower back, and perform effective ab exercises that actually work (no endless crunches required). You’ll leave feeling your core activated, your posture improved, and your confidence up! This class helps you build real core strength that supports everyday movement, improves balance & enhances all your other workouts. Wednesdays - 5pm

    Booty Builder with Rawn

    This is a glute-focused group training class designed to help you build strength where it matters most. Through intentional movements and coaching, you’ll learn how to train your glutes effectively—no guesswork, no wasted reps. Wednesdays - 6pm

    P.U.SH. with Rawn

    This class blends weight lifting, core strengthening, and mobility work to help you move better and lift stronger. You’ll be coached through intentional movements designed to challenge you while still meeting you where you are. Mantra: Push Until Something Happens. Tuesdays - 6am

    Gut It Out with Haz

    This is a HIIT-style core and cardio class that challenges your abs while keeping your heart rate up. Expect a mix of core exercises and cardio intervals designed to help you build strength, burn calories, and push through limits—at your own pace. Thursdays - 6pm

    Da 'Remix with Rawn

    Da ’Remix blends high-intensity cardio with muscle confusion, pulling effective exercises from the past, present, and exclusive new combinations found only in this class. With over 21 years of teaching experience, Rawn delivers a workout that constantly evolves—keeping your body engaged and your mind on its toes. Expect the unexpected. Saturdays - 9am

    TBT - Total Body Toning with Haz

    This class zeroes in on total-body toning, with special attention to the muscles that don’t always get trained in traditional workouts. Expect a balanced, effective session that helps you move better, feel stronger, and support your body for everyday life. Saturdays - 11am

    Circuit AM Rush with Lamb

    Join the Circuit Rush and transform the way you train! This class is perfect for beginners who want a full-body workout that’s both fun and effective. Each session will guide you through a series of simple but powerful circuits designed to build strength, boost endurance, and improve your overall fitness. By the end of your first class, you’ll have completed a full-body workout and gained the confidence to keep coming back for more. It’s all about stronger! Mondays and Wednesdays - 6am

    Yoga with Courtney

    Students can expect an energetic yoga class with creative & challenging sequences. You will build strength, balance and increase flexibility. Each pose will allow you to access your own power and vitality while moving with your breath. Yoga should help you feel a sense of calm and peace while still feeling strong and fearless. This class is all-levels, beginner friendly and accessible for everyone. Sundays - 9am
