I am a certified, professional trainer and Lead Trainer at the Xtreme Compound. I obtained my knowledge of weight loss, weight management and muscle development at Cleveland State University.
I develop individualized training programs reinforcing good nutrition with every client. I use my passion for fitness to motivate my clients to accomplish their fitness goals, build a positive self-image, and continue to motivate them to sustain a healthy lifestyle change.

I am an IFA certified personal trainer that specializes in sports training and boxing training. I also love to challenge my clients seeking strength and conditioning coaching, and have been through a weight loss journey of my own, so serving as a motivator and encouraging those clients through that journey is always a service I love to provide as well.
I am IFA certified, have been training for the last 10 years and I am currently accepting new clients from all levels!
I specialized in weight training and building muscle. I first got into fitness In 2012 while going through a tough time. During this time I lost a ton of weight and wanted to build my body and confidence in a healthy way. I knew nothing about weight training and like most felt lost in the gym. I wanted to gain strength physically and mentally so I studied and became a personal trainer.
Learning about proper nutrition combined with weight training helped to transform my body. While on this journey I discovered bodybuilding and competed in The NPC figure competition for 6 yrs.
So if you’re serious about making changes in your life, then I’m the trainer for you. Building strength, confidence, and technique is where I excel.
The type of training I specialize in is boxing/ kickboxing/ self defense/ and combat conditioning. This training will teach you how to properly strike while getting you in shape and building confidence. And over all having fun while doing so.
I am available for one on ones, couples sessions, and private group sessions. Whether you’re a professional or it’s your very first day, -ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME.
