Lead Trainer

I am a certified, professional trainer and Lead Trainer at the Xtreme Compound. I obtained my knowledge of weight loss, weight management and muscle development at Cleveland State University.
I develop individualized training programs reinforcing good nutrition with every client. I use my passion for fitness to motivate my clients to accomplish their fitness goals, build a positive self-image, and continue to motivate them to sustain a healthy lifestyle change.

I also love to challenge my clients seeking strength and conditioning coaching, and have been through a weight loss journey of my own, so serving as a motivator and encouraging those clients through that journey is always a service I love to provide as well.

My name is Haz Gilmore “Haz Boogie, the Cardio King” proprietor of Strong Roots LLC. I am a passionate Group Fitness Instructor and IFA Certified Personal Trainer at the Xtreme Compound, dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. In addition, I am Certified in Xtreme Hip Hop and CPR.
With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and teaching at various gyms, I specialize in designing training programs and fitness classes that enhance strength, agility, and endurance. My mother was my inspiration for Strong Roots LLC as the last words she said to me were “Strong Roots.” Her strength and compassion for her family and others were the roots that inspired growth.
My clients grow in their fitness journey, growth in mental, physical, and emotional strength. I have a natural ability to motivate people and encourage them to do their best and forget the rest, effort over excuses! My clients’ results speak for themselves… My motto is “Kill the old you, build the new you”!
